GETTING BETTER EVERY DAY
2019 - Establishing a company and base in Ljubljana
In 2019, we successfully established our company and set up our organisational and operational base in Ljubljana. During this period, we focused on the preparation of internal processes, the formation of the first project teams and the implementation of initial projects in Slovenia.
2020 - First steps in foreign markets and expansion of services
A year later, we took an important step beyond Slovenia's borders. We successfully entered foreign markets and won our first projects in the welding industry, which allowed us to expand our services and lay the foundations for international operations.
2021 - Staff growth and logistical support
In 2021, we have expanded our team and strengthened our operational capacity to cope with the increased workload. At the same time, we have developed our own logistics support, which has enabled us to deliver projects more efficiently and to organise better at all levels of the business.
2022-2023 - Independent projects, investments and organisational expansion
In 2022 and 2023, we won several important independent projects in the field of sprinkler systems and fire protection installations. This has allowed us to expand our activities and consolidate our presence in this specific industry. We have increased our own resources and made significant investments in infrastructure and human resources. One of the major strategic decisions was the creation of a subsidiary to clearly separate the welding industry from the fire protection industry. During this period, we also established a successful cooperation with NLB Bank, which financially supported our key projects.
2024 - Strengthening in-house capacity and developing own infrastructure
The year 2024 marks a significant shift in the company's development. We have established our own production facilities and in-house project preparation facilities, allowing us to be more independent, provide a higher quality of service and respond more quickly to our clients' needs. This is an important step towards long-term stability and further growth.
